Ingredients

  • 3 cups dried oatmeal
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup raw coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower kernels
  • 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  • Add maple syrup and olive oil.
  • Mix well.
  • Bake at 325 for approximately 25 minutes. Mixing halfway through.
  • Let cool for 1 hour.
  • Store in sealed container.
